Cutter paths Toolpaths/Cutter paths/G Codes are generated from a 3D surface model using software supplied by one of the market leaders in CAM software, which employs machining strategies developed in conjunction with machine tool and cutter manufactures. The toolpaths are then software verified and finally post-processed into tape files to suit any CNC Controller, including: Hurco, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Maho, Mach2, Mach3 & EMC2. The verified tape files are then supplied to the customer with setting sheets, and datum drawings; typically via email.The toolpaths produced are backed by 20+ years of practical on-the-job experience, as many customers will testify.
